Serving the Rockville, Maryland community and Montgomery County, Aimee Seidman and Marcia Goldmark have both been practicing internal medicine for over 20 years. Since 2006, their concierge medical practice has provided their patients with proactive preventative care and wellness plans while continuing to provide sick care.
Over the years, the American health care system has evolved in to an
insurance-centric model. Thus, most traditional medical practices have had a
difficult time managing the additional demands placed on them and, in
most instances, have been forced to practice a more reactive
style of health care. These demands are
the primary reason for the difficulties with the practice, including; scheduling appointments,
running behind for scheduled appointments, limited time available with the
physician explanations of lab work and diagnostic tests and delays in return phone calls and prescription refills.
Rockville Concierge Doctors is different. We do not accept any third party payer plans (health insurance, the government, etc.). Instead, we charge an annual fee which allows us to limit the number of patients we see to less than 20% of a traditional medical practice. By doing so, we have the time to invest in each patients' care while developing a one-on-one relationship with them.
