DR.GOLDMARK IS A REMARKABLE PHYSICIAN who is deeply concerned about all of her patients. Not only their
physical needs, but their emotional needs as well. She has been available
to me 24 hours a day 7 days a week and has been kind enough to make house calls
when I am simply not up to getting out. I have never had to
wait to see her; the minute I arrive at the office, the friendly staff
greets me and takes me back right away. I have never felt rushed
during any of my visits. She has always given me ample time to address
all of my concerns.
Upon receipt of lab reports, Dr.
Goldmark calls me personally to discuss my results. She takes to
time to make sure I understand what they mean. On occasion I have
had to be referred to specialists. She hand picks them and
ensures that they, too, are best in their fields.
Dr. Goldmark has restored my faith in
medical care and I am greatly indebted to her.

I AM COMPELLED TO WRITE an abbreviated sentiment based on my years under your care. As you know I am a long time sufferer of spine and neck maladies. I’ve had years of unsuccessful treatment culminating in a series of surgeries resulting in multiple fusions with instrumentation. All of this brings me to a point where I have been a chronic pain patient for over 45 years. Until I was introduced to you and your practice I was very discouraged and had all but given up on the medical profession as a viable solution to my health issues.
Your undivided attention and genuine concern for my health and overall wellbeing has made all the difference in the world. Although I will always be faced with the aforementioned health challenges you have restored my quality of life through your most capable medical care and also the compassion and personal interest in my case. You’ve provided immediate and thorough care at your facilities and spent untold hours finding the best specialist for my situation if outside resources are needed. I truly feel as if you are my medical care advocate that I’ve needed all my life.
You’ve been my savior when dealing with other providers and even the pharmacist for complex issues I’ve never been able to resolve on my own. I would say I don’t know where I’d be without you, Bonnie and Tiffany, but I do know. I’d be lost in the maze of doctors and insurance companies, left to accept a rudimentary approach to a very complex set of medical conditions. Until I became a patient of yours I never had a pain management program, I never had anyone address the “Failed Back Surgery” component of my condition and I never had a doctor spend more than five minutes with me to hear what I might have to say let alone address any questions I might have.
I feel silly and ignorant for having accepted less than the care you and your team so willingly provide. I now realize that there is a doctor out there that cares. Until becoming a patient of yours I had settled for being run through the system. I spent decades and unbelievable amounts of money for the privilege of sitting in waiting rooms for hours just to get a moment with a Dr or PA that never so much as looked me in the eyes let alone laid a single finger on me. They’d mumble a few words about aspirin and leave the room. I suppose I spent more time with the front desk regarding payment than I did being treated.
If this sounds like an exaggeration let me tell you I am toning it down. I’ve toned down my horror stories just as I have toned down my admiration and appreciation for Dr. Seidman’s hands on, personal care. I know she will take the time to address all of my health care needs. Never have I felted rushed through her offices. She always dedicates the time necessary to evaluate and treat me regardless of the problem. For that I am grateful and I want to let others know.

FEBRUARY 19th IS THE ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARYof my mom’s death. Since shortly after she died, I’ve written this letter in my head many times. But, committing the words to paper has been tough because I don’t want to leave out the sincerity of my gratitude.
During Mom’s illness, your care and involvement definitely provided me with peace of mind. Having a highly-skilled physician willing to go to bat for her was huge. I knew that I could call you any time, day or night, and you’d answer. You even called me sometimes just to check in.
But, more than all of that, was the love, concern, sense of humor, willingness to listen and care you showed my mom – my best friend. There were many times over the course of her 16-month battle with cancer that Mom would say she didn’t know what she’d do without you. She looked forward to office visits and house calls – any chance to spend time with you. I remember her once saying, “Oh Aimee, you always see the good side of things.” To which you answered, “That’s because there always is a good side.”
Thanks for hanging in there with us. And, thank you too, for helping us to see the good side!

DR. SEIDMAN HAS BEEN OUR PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN FOR MANY YEARS, ever since she
changed to a concierge practice. We were initially concerned as to how this
program would work and what services would be provided. We have both been very
happy with the outcome. We are able to make appointments easily, and Dr.
Seidman has time to see us and talk with us. She is a wonderful, caring, and
concerned doctor, with a great support staff, and we feel that she now has more
time to spend with us and address our individual needs and concerns. As we are
approaching our "rusty" years, we are happy to know that she will be
there for us, and to know that she has great expertise in geriatric medicine as
well.

ROCKVILLE CONCIERGE DOCTORS PROVIDES ME WITH ACCESS to highly skilled physicians who return my calls promptly, see me in the office the same day or next day, are always reachable by cell phone, employ an efficient friendly office staff, and provide over-the-top compassion and medical care while being available at a very reasonable cost.
The peace of mind that goes with all of that is priceless.

I WANT TO EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE
for all you've done for my mother in such a short period of time.
As you know, my mother suffered greatly in the past two years. During
that time, my greatest challenge was trying to find competent and compassionate
physicians to take care of her. And, a challenge it was. It wasn't until
January of this year that I achieved my goal when I found you. I've never seen
a physician so caring and so knowledgeable as you are. If I were to look up the
definition of physician in the dictionary, your name would be next to it. If I
were to look up the definition of compassionate, your name would be next to it
too. I truly mean this. You've done more for my mother in two months than all
the doctors I took her to in the last two years. I only wish you could have
seen my mother as she was prior to her getting sick. She had a wonderful sense
of humor that I know you would have enjoyed. Despite how sick she was, she
always told me when we left your office how much she liked you.
I hope your patients realize that they not only have an incredible
physician taking care of them - but they also have and incredible human being
caring for them as well. That is indeed a rare combination.
I can't say thank you enough for all you've done. I hope we can stay in
touch in the future.
Sincerely,
C.G., Gaithersburg, MD
I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. AIMEE SEIDMAN'S FOR 15 YEARS. During this
time I have received excellent care. She is an excellent internist and she is
fully aware of medical procedures and medications. She advises all of her
patients carefully on how to take their medication that she prescribes to them
based on their medical needs. She takes the time to listen to all of her
patients during office visits and consultations over the phone. Her advice has
always been so rewarding to me.
She has been in several locations which were always easy for me to
reach. I am 80 years old and at my age I need a competent physician who cares
about the elderly and their health.
I feel very comfortable referring new patients to her. I am sure she
will care for their health as she has done for me.

HOW REFRESHING IT IS TO BE A PATIENT OF DOCTOR GOLDMARK'S. She takes time
to examine you, explains what's wrong, outlines the course of treatment and why
it will work. Just as important, we talk about books and movies and what we
liked and didn't like and why. And the "bedside manner" has returned!
Few things are more important than one's health, and I sleep well knowing
my doctor is caring, thorough, and not run by an insurance company. She's the
best.
